Before Confirming Magnet Order

1. PHOTO SIZE / RESOLUTION

We want you to have the perfect keepsake magnet to preserve your memories. To ensure the best results, please upload photos with a resolution of at least 550x550 pixels. Low-resolution or small photos may appear blurry after printing, so choosing high-quality images will help us create a beautiful and lasting keepsake for you.

2. PHOTO BRIGHTNESS

Enhance your photos with filters on your phone or computer before uploading for the best results. Keep in mind that smartphone and computer screens can distort image brightness and color, and prints may appear darker due to screen brightness or monitor settings. If your photo looks slightly dark, consider brightening it before uploading to ensure a vibrant and clear final print.

3. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESSES- EMAIL AND SHIPPING

Before placing your order, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot issue refunds for delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses. If you’ve already placed your order and need to update the address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll gladly update the shipping details for you.

4. HOW CAN I UPLOAD MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME PHOTO?

Do you want multiple magnets of the same photo?

Click the “Add photos” button and select the photos you like from your device. Crop them if needed.

To add more copies of an already uploaded photo, simply click the “Add photos” button again and reselect the same photo. Repeat this step as many times as needed.
